Are you still using Office 2003?
Remember 2003? England had just won the Rugby World Cup, Apple just launched something called iTunes and DVDs started to outsell VHS for the first time. Microsoft just unveiled Office 2003, the latest version of the Office Suite.
By now you’ll know that support for Windows XP is ending on April 8th. However, it’s also important to know that support for Office 2003 is ending on the same day, so continuing to use it after April 8th puts you at risk from security breaches from malware, as well as the associated compliance issues that arise with using unsupported software.
It also means that any new computer you buy from now on is unlikely to support Office 2003, so it is unlikely to run smoothly on any new devices.
Fortunately Microsoft have released 3 new versions of Office since 2003 came out, and with Office 365 you can run Office Web Apps on any computer through the browser, and you’ll always have the latest and greatest version.
