James has always loved Business and IT. Combining the two came in 2009 when he founded Cloud Business to seize the opportunity to specialize in a newly forming technology wave, namely, Cloud Computing. Now that the business is established, James concentrates on managing the company and meeting with customers and partners which he loves. When not behind the desk or wheel, James enjoys cycling, cars and spending time with his young family.
Having previously worked within a Microsoft consultancy for 10 years, Matt has a varied IT experience from service desk management to consulting and architecting projects. Joining Cloud Business in early 2010, Matt now manages the Managed Services team in his role as Technical Director. A keen mountain biker he can often be found powering his way through the Surrey Hills and sometimes tumbling down them!
As a project manager, Rosalind oversees multiple concurrent projects in IT Consultancy for Office 365 Migrations and Support, SharePoint and OneDrive. With a background at Hewlett-Packard, Rosalind is experienced at managing the full project life cycle from the project proposal phase right through to project closedown.
As our IT Service Desk Lead, Oliver manages the service desk team and guides them to maintain a high standard of customer service. Oliver helps provide support to business IT practices across all platforms, to exceed service level agreements and companies’ expectations.
As Head of Professional Services team, Adrian oversees the Project Management Office, the Office 365 Identity and Email Team and the Digital Productivity teams. He has over 28 years experience in the telecommunications and IT industry ranging from engineer to being a Project Manager. Outside of work Adrian is a glider pilot and is currently restoring a glider that was built in 1954.
As a Senior Consultant, David has a deep understanding of the productivity services that are part of Office 365. Working on a range of projects including ECM, data migrations, intranet deployment and business process automation, David has the experience to advise and deploy solutions to improve user experience and productivity.
