Discover
We start by taking the time to understand your direction, vision and desired outcomes. Our team will engage with you to design both new and enhanced ways of working, we’ll hold workshops and run through ‘day in the life’ demos and observations.
Design & plan
Our technical consultants will then design a transformation roadmap. Our planning process is typically interactive and very consultative. Transparency and effective communication ensures that plans both adapt and minimise any scope creep.

Test & deploy

Project management
We provide our customers with a centralised, coordinated team of specialist Project Managers, whose responsibility is to ensure the successful execution of the project to the agreed parameters.
They provide ongoing management, resource allocation, regular updates and escalation, as further outlined below.
Cloud Business adopt the principles of PRINCE2 Project Management Methodology to successfully deliver business and IT change for our customers. PRINCE2 is a defacto standard used extensively by UK Government and is recognised and used in the business sector globally.
Resource planning and scheduling
Resource scheduling, availability and optimisation are considered key to successful project management. All resource and scheduling requests are centrally handled by the Project Management Office team.
Project communication
The Project Management Office is the central co-ordination point for all project related matters. All communications relating to projects are handled by the Project Management Office team.
Project governance
All projects are governed by PRINCE2 principles and methodology to ensure they are delivered in line with the agreed objectives. Specifically, delivered on-time, on-budget and to the agreed quality levels.
Project closure
Formal handover of agreed project deliverables to stakeholders: Review achievement of objectives with key stakeholders from both the customer and Cloud Business. Undertake a lessons learned workshop, identifying key learning points
Managed IT Support
Many customers take advantage of our market-leading IT support (Managed Services), so they can focus on their core business while our teams provide 24/7/365 support.
We manage solutions built and deployed by our Cloud and Infrastructure Transformation teams, as well as providing managed IT support to new customers.
We can also assess your existing Azure cloud data systems and provide a managed service once we understand your landscape, and business requirements.
