Overseeing all our 1st line Service Desk teams is Kerry Burgess.

Kerry joined the business in 2011 and is an experienced analyst herself.

Technical Services Manager

Albert Chan manages our senior engineering team. 

He is passionate about technology and loves problem solving!

Oliver Hennem

Head of Managed Services

Oliver Hennem is responsible for overall managed service service and strategy.

Working closely with COO Mark Watson, to help manage and shape our Managed Service offering.

Alan Conduct

Head of Client Services

Alan Conduct is responsible for all of our support departments,

Alan has over 20 years experience, as is a qualified to both ITIL and Service Desk Institute (SDI) standards.

Mark Watson

COO / Operations Director

Bringing a wealth of expertise in both Outsourcing and Managed Services, Mark leads a number of key areas of the business including operations, marketing and is also heavily involved in Managed Services sales.

Mark also works with all teams across the business to support our future growth plans.

Outside of work Mark loves to travel, is a keen collector of both art and antiques and has a passion for fitness tech.
