Gary Duke
Sales director
Gary is a perfectionist and having witnessed, first hand, poor sales and technical advice, decided to move into more of a direct customer advisory role using his technical and consulting background to help business solve their IT challenges by providing solutions based on best advice, guidance and innovation.
These underlying principles continue to support the business focus of Cloud Business today.
Matthew Garrett
Technical director
Having previously worked within a Microsoft consultancy for 10 years, Matt has a varied IT experience from service desk management to consulting and architecting projects.
Joining Cloud Business in early 2010, Matt now manages the Professional Services team in his role as Technical Director.
A keen mountain biker he can often be found powering his way through the Surrey Hills and sometimes tumbling down them!
Oliver Hennem
Managed services director
Oliver started his career in Managed Services in 2012. From his first role as a 1st line service desk analyst he was soon promoted to service desk management. Joining Cloud Business in 2016 as a Service Desk Lead, and latterly as Head of Managed Service, Oliver has in depth experience of service delivery, user experience and leading an exceptional Managed Services team.
Outside of work Oliver can be found at the gym, putting his interest in sports science to practical use.
