If you’re familiar with Cloud Business you will have noticed that we’ve had a radical brand refresh to better reflect who we are in 2020 and where we are going.
Our journey as Cloud Business began in 2009 when James Butler founded the business as a cloud solutions consultancy and quickly established our reputation as a progressive Microsoft partner. In fact we were recognised as the best in the world by Microsoft winning the Microsoft Office 365 Commercial Partner of the Year. Since then we have evolved and grown with our customers, with the technology landscape and through a series of acquisitions.
We’ve acquired several leading IT companies to complement our core Microsoft practice and to better support our customers’ needs. LAN2LAN brings strength in cyber security, infrastructure and networking to the table; UKN Group its market-leading Managed Services and global service desk; and LeadingEdge its consultancy experience and technical support.
Cloud Business’s rebrand brings all these specialisations under one roof and reflects our ambition as a forwarding-thinking and innovative company. We are now one brand: one company with one culture and one single coherent strategy across the whole business.

Working with our brand agency, big thanks to fst for their vision and creativity, we first began articulating our value proposition and brand identity before the coronavirus pandemic affected the UK. Over the last few months, the team at Cloud Business has really lived and breathed our mission and values:

From the time when the UK went into lockdown in March, we’ve helped numerous customers deploy technology and IT support services to facilitate remote working and ensure their businesses and end users are protected in a challenging environment. We’re also supporting customers who want to seize the opportunity this ‘new normal’ can present, helping them get the freedom to transform their organisations long term, and ‘become the business they want to be’.
Increasing agility, collaboration and mobility is at the heart of what we do at Cloud Business. We help our customers transform their workplaces so they can be more competitive and more resilient to change. 2020 has certainly demonstrated the importance of having the right technology and support in place.
We’re very proud of how we’re supporting our customers and the part we play in helping them thrive and succeed – whatever Covid throws at us all.

As a company we haven’t stood still during the last few months, either. We’ve been looking to the future as a business strategically, and we’ve also been developing the new brand and our new website.
We want to shout about our new identity although unfortunately, at this time, we can’t celebrate in the style we had hoped! Instead we’re launching the brand virtually and will be raising a glass on a Teams meeting.
Now’s your chance to explore the new website and get to know us. We’re still the same people behind the scenes. Our services and solutions haven’t changed radically, neither our user-centric approach and focus on helping customers achieve their business goals.
