What we do
Our Infrastructure Management services gives you access to 24/7/365 NOC as a Service and our expert Infrastructure Management team.
Monitoring
Our monitoring service includes all network infrastructure, cloud and physical infrastructure, antivirus, key applications and can be tailored to your infrastructure and requirements.
Management
Patching, revision of sensors and trap setup, incident management, warranty and vendor management, break fix and the management of all infrastructure we monitor.
Change
Standard, normal and emergency changes, including roll back plans and post implementation reviews. Full change advisory board review and approval process. You will also be assigned a dedicated Change Manager. Full ITIL alignment and policy.
Service desk integration
To complement our Monitoring services, all incoming support requests for infrastructure and network issues are centrally managed via our UK based, highly certified Service Desk. Our Service Desk team work alongside our Network Operations Centre (NOC), supporting customers in the UK and globally, 24/7/365.
Remote & on-site support
Most Infrastructure Management issues can be resolved remotely. If remote resolution is not possible our on-site support team goes into action. They work closely with vendor/manufacturer support and our break fix and warranty partners.
